Chakras: The Untold Story of Your Life
Free yourself from your past. Change your future. How? By living in the present moment. This weekend will give you an opportunity to understand the function of your chakras and how they affect your daily life both on and off the mat. We will be using asana, pranayama, and meditation to access these energy centers, and begin to transform and heal the unconscious material that is stored there, so you can live your most balanced and resplendent life.
Samskaras, or “impressions” can run deep. The chakras are the storehouses of all our impressions. They essentially hold all the raw footage that makes you, you. In this retreat, you will learn how to consciously edit that raw footage and start making the movie of your life.
The weekend will include lecture, 4 juicy asana classes targeting various chakras, and a delicious session of yoga nidra. The retreat builds to a master practice, designed to clear and re-balance your chakras for real.
All classes will include appropriate pranayama and meditation techniques. Journaling is not required, but is highly suggested during this transformational weekend.
